Event Entry Hub Refund Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2025
At Event Entry Hub, we want your experience to be smooth and worry-free. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for entries submitted through our website. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
Before Entry Closing
If you need to cancel your entry before the entry closing date or before the show fills, your entry fees (minus service fees) will be fully refunded. Just let us know in time via email or phone—we’ll take care of the rest.
After Entry Closing
After the entry closing date, entry fees generally cannot be refunded. The only exception is for a female dog that comes into season before the event (see below). In this case, you would need to contact the event secretary.
Important Details
- Payment Issues
If a credit card payment is declined or disputed, a $50 service fee will apply. - Withdrawing Your Entry
You can withdraw an entry anytime before the published closing date by emailing or calling us or the event secretary. If we don’t receive notice by then, your entry will remain active and fees will not be refunded. - Female Dogs Coming Into Season
If a female dog is entered in a performance event and comes in season after entries have closed, the event giving club can refund your entry fees if:- You provide a Veterinarian’s Certificate showing the dog was in season within 10 days before the event, and
- The certificate is submitted to the event secretary before the event starts.
Please note: Service fees are non-refundable.
- Unforeseen Circumstances
Sometimes events cannot happen due to situations beyond anyone’s control (like natural disasters, civil unrest, or similar events). In these cases, entry fees and service fees cannot be refunded.
