  • Violate intellectual property rights of Event Entry Hub or others.

You may contribute content (“Submissions”)—such as comments, photos, or links. By doing so, you grant us full ownership and rights to use it, including moral rights, as we see fit.

  • Refunds or cancellations follow our Refund Policy, which is part of this Agreement.

8. Disclaimers & Liability Limitations

Website is “as is”—we provide no warranties regarding its reliability, availability, or freedom from errors.

Limitation of liability: We, and our suppliers, are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the greater of $10 CAD or any fees you’ve paid.

  • Severability: If any part is found invalid, remaining terms still apply.
  • Assignment: You cannot assign this Agreement. We may transfer it during reorganization or sale.
  • Governing law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Disputes are resolved in Nova Scotia courts.
